WiLoKi Sponsorship Program

Helping Make God-Honoring Dance & Arts Education Accessible to Every Family

Mission

WiLoKi Dance Center exists to share the Wisdom, Love, and Kingdom of God through Dance and the Arts.

Our desire is to create excellent, meaningful arts programs while honoring God in every decision we make—and to make those programs accessible to families regardless of income.

What Is the Student Sponsorship Program?

Each month, WiLoKi Dance Center provides full or partial tuition sponsorships for students whose families need financial flexibility.

The Student Sponsorship Program allows community members to partner with us by helping offset those tuition costs so students can continue participating in our classes and programs.

Why Sponsorship Matters

At WiLoKi, we believe dance education should be:

  • Excellent and educational

  • Creative and inspiring

  • Honoring and pleasing to God

Rather than viewing our classes as simply preparation for a single recital, we approach each genre as its own developing program and ask:

What does it look like to make this genre truly exemplary for our students?

Because of this philosophy, WiLoKi has developed and continues to grow:

  • An annual full-length ballet production

  • An annual original musical production for dance, acting, and singing students

  • Genre-specific experiences for each style of dance

  • A studio-wide annual showcase

We recently produced our original ballet A Tribute to Cinderella and our original musical The King’s Dilemma, reflecting our commitment to providing meaningful, high-quality arts experiences.

Honoring God Through the Arts

Every aspect of WiLoKi is guided by our desire to honor and glorify God.

This includes:

  • A dress code that balances modesty with practical movement

  • A music policy that avoids expletives, crude language, sexual references, or innuendo—even in “clean” versions

  • Intentional avoidance of sexualized movement in choreography

Our guiding principle is simple:

If a movement or concept is not appropriate for a young child, then it is not pleasing before God for anyone to perform.

We believe excellence in dance education does not require sexualized content.

Accessibility & Our Heart for Families

It is our heart to make God-honoring arts education accessible to every family.

To reduce financial barriers, we intentionally lowered our entry-level class tuition from $50 per month to $35 per month. Even with this step, some families still experience financial strain.

The Student Sponsorship Program helps bridge that gap so students can continue participating and growing through dance and the arts.

We cannot do this alone—but with the help of our community, it is our hope that every child who desires to participate can be part of what God is building here.
