Tap Program 2.0
Head of Program

Level 1
An introduction to dance and movement for our youngest students with a parent present. Our classes combine child/parent bonding with music and movement. They learn to work as a group with other children, follow directions, and hone listening and motor skills in a gently structured environment. As the year progresses, the dancers will begin to separate from their parents as they prepare for their recital performance.
Level 2
A class to focus on beginner jazz and tap skills. It is great for younger children just getting interested in dance. Students will learn one jazz dance and one tap dance, and they will perform these at our end of session performance!
Levels 3
A class to focus on tap skills and more advanced technical aspects of the genre. This class will split focus between learning choreography and developing skills. Students will learn one dance to perform at the end of session show, and many skills over the course of the session.
Level 4
A class to focus on jazz and tap skills for middle-school age students. Students will learn one jazz and one tap dance to perform at the end of session show, and many skills over the course of the session.
