WiLoKi Studio Policies

Main Session Class

Tuition Policy

Tuition is a session long contract that may be divided into 5 payments for your convenience. Digital participation is available if you are out of town, and missed classes may be made-up with attendance to an age appropriate non-choreography class, but tuition is not refunded for any reason. If paying on a monthly bases, tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If tuition is not paid by the third week, 10% of your outstanding balance will be charged as a late fee. I understand that my tuition payments must be kept up to date and agree to fulfill my obligation.

Cancelled Class Policy

When a scheduled class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as dangerous weather, teachers being sick, or other unplanned occurrences, WiLoKi Dance Center will schedule a make-up class for the cancelled class(es). The goal will be to give parents at least 2-weeks of notice on the date of the scheduled make-up class, with a minimum of 1-weeks notice if circumstances prevent the former. Only one make-up class will be scheduled per cancelled class. If students are unable to make it to their make-up class, they will be allowed to take a non-choreography class that is appropriate for their age/level. Furthermore, the dance center shall be closed on the days set out on our 2023 Season Calendar, and these days shall not be regarded as cancelled class days.

Inclement Weather Policy

It is our practice to cancel classes and to be closed for the day if the local Hannibal School District closes schools for inclement weather.
